Eighth Grade Teacher - LBC Email Phone: (920) 794-1614 I have worked for the Two Rivers Public School District for the last twenty seven years. For the last several years, I have served as one of the 8th Grade Integrated Studies Teachers at L.B. Clarke Middle School. Previous to that, I was the 8th Grade Reading Teacher. I originally started as an 8th Grade Social Studies and Math teacher.
I am primarily responsible for working with some of the 8th grade students specifically in learning about American history from the American Revolution times all the way through the American Civil War. During these units of study, we work on areas of improving their reading and writing abilities. My other professional responsibilities are 8th Grade Advisor, co-advisor for L.B. Clarke's National Junior Honor Society, and active 8th Grade Team member. I am a current member of the Wisconsin State Reading Association and the International Reading Association as well.
