Superintendent Profile

I am honored to serve as superintendent of the Two Rivers School District, now beginning my fifth year in this role. Before coming to Two Rivers, I spent five years as superintendent of the Birchwood School District in northwest Wisconsin.
Since arriving in Two Rivers, we have achieved important milestones together: developing a new mission, vision, and values; creating a three-year strategic plan with input from 70 community and staff members; and building true collaboration between the district, the city, local businesses, and community organizations.
Our vision—We include. We inspire. We innovate. We impact. We are TR!—guides everything we do. Our mission is to empower every individual to learn and thrive in a dynamic world by building community, championing diversity, and leading for positive change. These beliefs come to life in our core values: Collaborate—work together to build relationships and achieve success; Own—embrace responsibility and accountability for meaningful learning and growth; Lead—elevate others to ensure excellence; and Engage—model and encourage active involvement, curiosity, and voice to strengthen our communities.
I am grateful for the collaborative spirit, dedicated partnerships, and unwavering commitment to our students, and I look forward to continuing this important work together.
