Special Education Teacher - Koenig Email Phone: (920) 794-7522, Ext. 2008 I am Noreen Borchardt, a teacher for students with special educational needs. I have been teaching at Koenig since 1996. I am proud to be a teacher for special education students because to me that means I get to help your child learn things -- even if that learning experience is different than other children's learning experiences. I feel that part of my job is to work with parents so that together we can help your child learn everything he or she can, so they grow into a wonderful, successful adult from the happy, terrific child they currently are. We need to work together because children need to see parents and teachers working as a team supporting them.
