Fourth Grade Teacher - Koenig Email My name is Nick Spencer and I have the privilege of being the 4th grade teacher at Koenig Elementary.
For the past two years, I served as the Vice Principal and teacher at Bethany Lutheran School in Manitowoc. Before serving Bethany, I had the pleasure of teaching at Koenig Elementary for nine years, it is nice to be back in the Koenig Family! During those nine years being in the TRPSD, I spent six years as the Varsity Boys High School Basketball Coach. I had the opportunity to build relationships/connections with young student athletes both on and off the court.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Silver Lake College, which provided me with a strong foundation in educational principles and leadership.
I am married to my wife, Sara Spencer, and together we have two children, Ben and Nora. Our family is completed by our big dog, Murphy, who keeps us active and entertained.
In my free time, I enjoy golfing and watching sports, always looking for ways to share my love of competition and teamwork with my family and students. I’m excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of my students and the community!
